Individuals and referral partners may submit a request using our Housing Inquiry & Placement Request form.
Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee availability or placement. All requests are reviewed prior to approval.
Q6: Do you accept referrals from agencies and organizations?
Yes. We work with referral partners including case managers, universities, healthcare coordinators, veteran organizations, and community-based programs. All referral-based placements require submission of our Referral Partner Intake Form for review.

Yes. All residences are furnished and professionally managed. Furnishings and amenities may vary by property and placement type.

Utilities are typically included; however, details vary by property. Utility inclusion is confirmed during the placement or inquiry process.
Q12: Are unit numbers or addresses publicly listed?
No. Unit-level identifiers and specific addresses are maintained internally and are not publicly disclosed.
Q13: Is placement guaranteed once an inquiry is submitted?
No. Submission of an inquiry or referral form does not guarantee availability or placement. All requests are reviewed prior to approval.
