D-Way Housing Solutions provides professionally managed, furnished housing through structured placements and direct inquiries. Because housing availability, placement terms, and payment arrangements vary by property and placement type, refunds are handled under the following guidelines.

General Policy

All payments are applied toward secured housing availability, administrative coordination, and placement preparation. As a result, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate or erroneous payments

  • Placement cancellation initiated by D-Way Housing Solutions prior to occupancy

  • Other situations expressly approved in writing by management

Non-Refundable Items

The following are typically non-refundable:

  • Administrative or placement fees

  • Deposits once a placement has been approved

  • Payments forfeited due to violation of housing standards or terms

Review Process
